Buyer is solely responsible for determining that purchased product once assembled to firearm is safe to shoot.
The firearms offered have not been test fired. It is recommended that every firearm be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing.
By purchasing, the buyer agrees to hold ARJ Defense harmless against damages, injury or death caused by defective product, merchandise, misuse or disregard.
By purchasing this item, you (Buyer) agree to release ARJ Defense from all liability, whether criminal or civil arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this product.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly for MANUFACTURING DEFECTS before proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used even if unfired. Consequently, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession.
If the product received is defective out of the box PRIOR TO TRANSFER, you will need to contact us. We will provide return authorization form for you to fill out. Email us the completed return authorization form with pictures of the defect and pictures of the original packaging. Once return is approved, shipping label will be provided to ship the product back to us in its original packaging. Once product is received, we will issue full refund. Defective product must be returned to the us within 30 days from delivery date.
If the firearm is not transferable to you as in you were DENIED, it is your responsibility to have your dealer dispose of the firearm. Which more than likely means shipping it back to us for a partial refund. All canceled orders/refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is non refundable.
You acknowledge that ALL FFL required firearms MUST ship to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer (FFL holder). You further agree to a 25% restocking fee for all cancelled orders (for ANY reason) particularly for those cancelled because you do not want to ship to an FFL dealer. If for some reason a firearm cannot be picked up from the destination dealer or a NICS background check has been denied or you have provided an incorrect shipping address or invalid shipping information, you will be responsible for return freight charges or any additional charges to reship your product and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
WE WILL MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.
If an item is returned to sender due to the customer entering an incorrect or invalid ship-to address, shipping will not be refunded and the 25% restocking fee will apply.

Shipping to HAWAII, and ALASKA may require additional shipping please inquire before purchase. We do not ship to the 5 boroughs of NYC.

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3-10 business days using UPS, FedEx or USPS upon receiving payment & verified FFL information.
Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx.
The expected delivery date does not come with a money back guarantee.
